Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a highly experienced Guidewire Developer to lead P&C insurance projects, focusing on Claim Center implementation, configuration, and integration. Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and production support.
• Strong integration experience: REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, external systems.

Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Guidewire Developer with strong expertise in Guidewire Claim Center implementation, configuration, and integration within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience delivering end‑to‑end Guidewire implementations and working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Requirements

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with 10+ years of Guidewire Claim Center experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Guidewire Claim Center implementation and customization.
• Expertise in GOSU, PCF, Rules Engine, Workflows, Data Model, and Business Rules.
• Experience in end‑to‑end implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and production support.
• Strong integration experience using:
• REST APIs
• SOAP Web Services
• External System Integrations
• Hands‑on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, SQL, XML, JSON, and Git.
• Strong understanding of Claims lifecycle and P&C Insurance processes.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Guidewire Cloud and DataHub/InfoCenter.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Full‑time:

The pay range for this role is CAD120k – CAD140k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
