Killam Apartment REIT is seeking a Guest Services Representative for Royalty Crossing Mall in Charlottetown, PE. This part-time role offers a 3-week rotation totaling about 22–26 hours weekly, including mornings, evenings, weekends. Starting wage is $18/hour.

You will be the friendly face, help guests, promote mall services and assist with directions and inquiries. Ideal candidates bring a joyful personality, strong communication, and a willingness to learn.

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.

• Be the welcoming face of Royalty Crossing Mall.
• Assist customers with directions, questions and general support.
• Promote mall services, programs, events and tenant business.
• Support lost & found, vending refunds and customer service requests.
• Help register shoppers for the Parenting Room where applicable.
• Keep brochures stocked and the Guest Services area looking great.
• Answer phone calls and emails professionally.
• Coordinate requests for wheelchair and stroller usage.
• Work closely with mall maintenance, security and marketing teams.
