SIGA - Living Sky Casino in Swift Current, SK is seeking a part-time Guest Services Representative to provide information to guests and assist with casino services and promotions. On-site role in a busy gaming and hospitality setting.
The successful candidate will handle guest inquiries, assist with Players Club enrollment, operate the switchboard, and support seasonal coat check and ticket sales while maintaining an orderly workspace and contributing to service improvements.

This position provides convenient services to Casino guests by responding to general inquiries and providing information on Casino services, events and promotions.
Provide a variety of information to guests, using best judgement assessing the urgency of the information requested. The employee will provide the information as requested or refer the guest to the appropriate staff. Assisting guests with Players Club enrollment and information. Answering the Casino switchboard. Working the coat check as seasonally required. Selling event tickets. Tracking inquiries and activities to guide improvements and adjustments to processes and services. Maintaining a tidy and well-organized workspace. Participating in other projects and activities as required, in support of Guest Services operations.
Successful completion of a Grade 12 or GED diploma or a combination of relevant education, training and/or experience. Experience in the Gaming and/or the Hospitality industry an asset.Experience interacting with the public and providing exceptional customer service an asset.Experience processing cash, debit or credit card as payment an asset
