SIGA is seeking staff to deliver high-quality dining and bar service across casino outlets, prioritizing guest satisfaction and safe service standards. You will work on the casino floor, restaurant, bar, and events, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and assisting with basic food prep as needed.
Applicants should have a Food Safe Handling Certificate and experience in customer service, with the ability to handle diverse situations and guests. Locations indicated: Gold Eagle Casino onsite.
This position focuses on delivering customer service excellence, and quality, value priced dining, by serving food and beverages to guests in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner, whether in the restaurant, outlet, on the gaming floor, or at functions held in the Casino's Multi-Purpose Room.
Providing exceptional hospitality, emphasizing personalized service and attentive treatment, to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable. Adhering to responsible service of alcohol guidelines. Providing gaming floor beverage service. Restaurant, Bar and Outlet duties include: Taking orders and delivering food and drink to the table. Carrying out basic food preparation. Assembling, wrapping/packaging and presenting hot and cold food and beverage orders. Strictly adhering to safe food handling practices. Maintaining tables in good order by bussing, sanitizing and resetting as required. Performing a variety of side work. Carrying out a variety of cleaning duties throughout the shift to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Combination of relevant education, training and/or experience. Food Safe Handling Certificate. Experience providing customer service and working with many diverse situations and personalities. Previous serving experience would be an asset.
