Job summary

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is seeking a guest service associate in Delta to greet guests, provide information on events and promotions, and enroll customers in the rewards loyalty program. This casual, on-site role requires a friendly, patient and intuitive service approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a related field.
• Proven high level of customer service.
• Organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of computer programs and mathematical skills.
• Ability to obtain registration with provincial gaming regulatory body.
• Friendly and personable energy; willing to go the extra mile for guests.
• Excellent communicator who can discuss events and promotions with guests.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Patient, positive demeanor with everyone you meet.
