Job summary

MasterBUILT Hotels in Calgary is seeking a Guest Services Associate for the Courtyard and Residence Inn by Marriott Calgary South. You will manage front desk tasks, ensure accurate check-ins and checkouts, and deliver outstanding guest service.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, hospitality experience is a plus, and familiarity with basic office equipment. You’ll work early mornings, evenings, or weekends, contributing to a positive, guest-focused team and seamless operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role
• Previous hospitality experience is an asset
• Familiar with general office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform check-ins and checkouts with accuracy and detail
