Job summary

MasterBUILT Hotels ltd is seeking a Guest Services Associate for Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort McMurray, AB. The position is part-time and focuses on ensuring quality, cleanliness and outstanding guest service at the front desk.

You will handle check-ins/outs, assist guests with inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Prior hospitality experience is an asset, with a high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• Previous hospitality experience an asset.
• Familiar with general office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners etc.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Check-ins and checkouts with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional service to every guest.
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, addressing special requests.
• Provide information to guests on local services, dining, directions, and transportation options.
• Operate front desk equipment (reservation system, switchboard, calculator, copier, key card machines).
• Complete tasks and paperwork as delegated by management, including basic data entry and analysis.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for seamless operations and guest safety.
