Whistler Sport Legacies is seeking a Lead, Guest Services at Whistler Olympic Park, Callaghan Valley. You will guide daily Guest Services operations, coordinate bookings and front-line services to ensure a seamless guest experience in a busy winter venue.

The ideal candidate has prior guest services experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting. This position offers housing options for full-time staff in Whistler and requires flexible hours including

Qualifications

• Previous Guest Services experience.
• Excellent in-person and telephone customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence working in a busy environment with multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to the Guest Services team, helping coordinate daily activities and priorities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, with the guest experience always being the number one priority.
• Support ongoing training and help create a positive, collaborative environment for colleagues and volunteers.
• Assist guests with information, bookings, products and services including day tickets, season passes, rentals, retail products and instructional programs.
• Respond to telephone, email, online and in-person inquiries.
• Handle guest questions, concerns and complaints with empathy and a focus on finding solutions.
• Support online and in-person program bookings and schedules.
• Process transactions using the point-of-sale system and assist with daily cashier and end-of-day reconciliations.
• Help track and maintain retail and rental inventory and merchandise.
• Support the operation of the rental and retail shop as required.
• Liaise with other departments to help ensure daily venue operations run smoothly.
• Help maintain Guest Services and Day Lodge areas, including daily set-up, snow condition displays and general upkeep.
• Support special events and other operational areas when required.
