Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Manage reservations, confirmations, check-ins, check-outs, and gift certificate transactions through B4T.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa services, promotions, and related offerings, including partner venues such as Bangkok Garden.
• Accurately record and update guest information in the system according to company procedures.
• Promote spa services, treatments, and retail products in a professional and informed manner.
• Support daily operations by completing opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting other departments when required.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of appearance and conduct.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a spa, hospitality, or customer service environment.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and guest relations.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale and booking systems; familiarity with B4T is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high service standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 12 kg.
• Comfortable working in a scented, climate-controlled environment.
