Dexterra Group in Canada is seeking a Guest Services Agent for a remote camp facility. The role involves welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out, and acting as an ambassador by delivering outstanding customer service and assisting the Lodge Manager with administrative duties.
You will allocate rooms, issue keys, manage bookings and payments, maintain accurate data in MS Excel, and communicate camp rules and policies.

Based in a world class Dexterra Remote Camp facility, the regular shift for this position is 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, with 10-12 hour workdays. Transportation is provided to site from a pickup point.
The Guest Services Agent goes beyond checking in and out. You are responsible for acting as an ambassador by providing outstanding customer service to clients and assisting the Lodge Manager with all levels of administrative duties.
