Dexterra Group seeks a Chef Manager for our Lac de Gras remote Horizon North camp. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, plan menus, train staff, and ensure safety protocols are followed on site. You will manage inventory, dietary needs, and maintain high standards while working 12-hour shifts on a 14/7 cycle.

WHAT’S THE JOB?
Based at ourremote Horizon North camp atLac De Gras, NWT, the regular shift for this position is 14 days on and 7 days off, with 12-hour workdays. Transportation is provided to site.
As aChef Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of the kitchen; ordering food ingredients and planning menu, including other responsibilities such as assisting with the preparation, serving, and control of cooked and uncooked food, training of staff and ensuring that staff follows prescribed Horizon North Food Safety protocol.
This position is safety sensitive and requires drug and alcohol testing and a fitness assessment, as a condition of employment.
