Mount Norquay Ski Resort is hiring Guest Services agents for the winter season in Banff. You will greet guests, assist with tickets, bookings, and inquiries, and help ensure a memorable mountain experience.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Cash handling/POS experience considered an asset.
• Experience in ski resort, tourism attraction, or hospitality is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to stay organized and attentive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional guest service at the counter and in-person.
• Assist guests with ticket purchases, activity bookings, and inquiries.

We are looking for friendly and outgoing people to help during our Winter season including Guest Services Position creating great experiences for guests taking part in Skiing/Snowboarding, Tubing, and Night Skiing! Duties:

• Providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all guests
• Assisting guests with ticket purchases, activity bookings, and general inquiries
• Processing transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system
• Answering phone calls, emails, and guest questions in a timely and professional manner
• Providing information about resort activities, attractions, events, and services
• Assisting guests with reservations, waivers, and activity check-ins
• Resolving guest concerns and escalating issues when necessary
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming guest services environment
• Assisting with administrative tasks and daily operational duties as required
• Supporting other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience required
• Cash handling and point-of-sale experience considered an asset
• Previous work at a ski resort, tourism attraction, or hospitality business considered an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Able to perform tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Wear company uniform at all times and adhere to grooming policies
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
