Banff Norquay is hiring energetic Tube Park Attendants to welcome guests and ensure a safe, enjoyable tubing experience during the winter season. This outdoor, fast-paced role is perfect for mountain lovers who enjoy interacting with people and working as part of a fun team.

We offer full-time and part-time shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Perks include a season pass, staff discounts, free lessons, and staff housing where available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move tubes and assist guests.
• Prior experience in a guest-facing or outdoor role is an asset, but not required.

Mount Norquay is hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team asTube Park Attendantsfor the upcoming winter season. This is a fun and dynamic outdoor role, perfect for those who love the mountains, enjoy interacting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions, with a variety of shifts available—including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and enjoyable tubing experience for all guests
• Monitor and manage guest flow at the tube lanes and handle tubing equipment
• Communicate clearly with guests and co-workers to maintain safety and efficiency
• Deliver excellent customer service while assisting guests with questions or concerns
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Support team operations as needed during daily park setup and takedown

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements:

• This role is based entirely outdoors and requires working in varying mountain weather
• Shifts include weekends, holidays, and evenings during peak periods
• Must be physically able to lift and carry tubing equipment and assist with snow removal as needed
