Job summary

JOEY Restaurants seeks a Service Leader to elevate the guest experience in a multi-million-dollar operation. You will guide a 50–100 person team across Canada and the US, coaching for growth and delivering exceptional service.

You will recruit and retain talent, manage budgets and forecasts, and support new openings. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tip-inclusive compensation and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

The Guest Service Team is responsible for the delivery of the guest experience. This team is made of elevated sophistication & professionalism. Our Guest Service team is the producer of great leaders and is the most sought-after position in the restaurant.

As a Service Leader, you will directly contribute to the overall success of a multi-million-dollar Restaurant and its people. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing a high performing team of 50-100 individuals, while driving their personal growth. You will efficiently deliver and execute quarterly strategic planning goals while upholding the highest standards in product, profit, environment and experience.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in team leadership

Wage Range

$19 - $27 / hour

This compensation is inclusive of the anticipated restaurant tip portion.
