Otter Co-op is hiring a part-time Guest Service Associate for our Retail Centre in Langley, BC. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest service, processing orders, and balancing tills while upholding integrity and teamwork.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills, basic math ability, and a willingness to contribute to a safe, positive shopping environment. Weekend availability and flexible shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as cashier is an asset.
• Lotto and/or Food Safe certification an asset.
• Solid understanding of basic math skills.
• Excellent customer service to ensure a great shopping experience.
• Above average communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Self-starter, dedicated and reliable; works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be committed to a SAFE work environment; weekend and varied shifts.

Otter Co-op is now hiring aPart-Time Guest Service Associate for ourRetail Centre located in Langley, BC.

The specific responsibilities of the Guest Services Associate include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide excellent service to guests in a courteous, efficient manner
• Process orders in an efficient and accurate manner
• Balance cash tills accurately on a daily basis

• Perform other duties as assigned

Who you are:

• You are looking for a career in Retail Operations and:
• Previous experience as a Cashier an asset
• Lotto and/or Food Safe certification an asset
• Must have solid understanding of basic math skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a desire to provide a great shopping experience for every guest (both internal and external)
• Above average communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Proven track record as a self-starter, dedicated and reliable
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Must be committed to a SAFE work environment
• Able to perform physical job duties including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Must have weekend availability and open availability to work a variety of shifts that include early mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• This position is based at the Langley Retail Centre, though it may require on some occasions to travel and work at other locations as business needs arise
