Aloft Montreal Airport, part of the Silver Hotel Group family, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver outstanding first and last impressions for our guests. You will handle check-ins/outs, reservations, calls, and guest requests in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of guest service and/or housekeeping experience.
• Flexible working hours and reliability.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication with colleagues and guests.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests during check-in and check-out.
• Create and cancel reservations; manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Greet incoming calls professionally and manage messages.
• Balance and close shift paperwork per hotel standards.
• Operate Front Desk telephones and monitor daily sell rates.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest registrations, room assignments and special requests.
• Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
