Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Ottawa is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to keep our guest areas pristine and welcoming. You will support multiple departments, respond to guest requests, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

The position offers competitive wages starting at $21.20/hour with progression to $22.04/hour, an excellent benefits plan for eligible associates and family, RSP matching, flexible scheduling, parking, and dining discounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver linens and supplies to the appropriate areas.
• Stock housekeeping closets and front-desk sundries.
• Receive and store freight; operate laundry equipment when required.
• Communicate effectively using the hotel radio system.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

• Highly competitive wages starting at $21.20/hour for the first 0–3 months, increasing to $21.60/hour after 3–6 months, and $22.04/hour after 6 months of employment.

You’re a reliable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized hotel environment. You enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, supporting different departments, and responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner. You’re comfortable delivering linens and supplies, stocking housekeeping closets and front-desk sundries, receiving and storing freight, and operating laundry equipment when required. You communicate effectively using the hotel’s radio system and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns. You are physically capable of moving supplies, disposing of waste and recyclables, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas, vending areas, storage rooms, and housekeeping workspaces.
