Germain Hôtels in Canada is seeking a Guest Service Agent to welcome guests and provide personalized attention for a memorable stay. You will handle check-ins/outs, respond to guest requests, and help coordinate inter-department collaboration to enhance guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and listening skills, a hospitality diploma is an asset, and comfort with OPERA PMS. The role offers a warm, autonomous work environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, an asset.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Natural customer service orientation with a positive attitude.

• Good computer skills and experience with OPERA PMS, an asset.
