Role:

Maintains hotel guestrooms and suites by cleaning, re-stocking, and ensuring guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Enhance guest experience through exceptional service.
2. Service assigned rooms efficiently according to departmental standards.
3. Document room status and communicate maintenance issues.
4. Greet guests and establish positive interactions.
5. Ensure operational status of in-room equipment.
6. Use cleaning chemicals and safety equipment as instructed.
7. Deliver guest requests and secure lost-and-found items.
8. Restock carts, clean storage areas, and control inventory.
9. Maintain accurate records of tasks and suggest operational improvements.
10. Resolve guest issues and adhere to policies.
11. Uphold the company's mission and values, represent the brand positively, and train new employees.
12. Maintain knowledge of property and memorabilia.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED, high energy, good judgment, flexible schedule, ability to lift 25 pounds, and push or pull a housekeeping cart.

Training:

Mandatory compliance training within 30 days of hire, including Active Shooter Awareness, Safety, Hazard Communication, Responsible Gaming, Title 31, and Sexual Harassment.

Working Conditions:

Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and handling tasks with environmental conditions such as temperature extremes, noise, and potential hazards. The physical effort required is classified as very heavy work.
