The Westin Toronto Airport Hotel in Toronto, ON, is seeking a housekeeping associate to clean guest rooms and support overall hotel cleanliness. You will perform tasks to brand standards, including bed making, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining corridors.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms to standards.
• Notify supervisor when service is complete for turnover.
• Report repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Respond to guest complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor supplies and minimize waste in all areas.
• Maintain linen cart and supplies neatly and organized.
• Ensure security of equipment, keys and supplies.
• Log lost and found items per procedures.
• Promote teamwork and coordination with other departments.
• May assist with deep cleaning projects and turndown duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned per Company and Brand Standards.
