Job summary

Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation (CSEC) is seeking a Head of First Impressions to create a welcoming front desk environment at the Saddledome and Administration offices. This temporary contract ends June 30, 2027, with duties spanning guest reception, ticketing support, and cross-department coordination.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with occasional evenings, weekends, and event days as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, front desk, administrative, hospitality, ticketing, or related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ownership of customer questions.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multiple priorities.
• Availability for occasional evenings, weekends and event days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary front desk contact, welcoming guests, fans, and visitors.
• Receive calls, emails, and inquiries; route to appropriate department or solution.
• Provide service to fans and Season Ticket Members across CSEC properties.
• Assist with tickets, memberships, accounts, payments, events and inquiries.
• Handle inquiries efficiently using FAQs and internal resources to resolve at first contact when possible.
• Manage collection of outstanding balances on Season Ticket Member accounts.
• Support customer service, retention and membership initiatives as required.
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing couriers, deliveries and daily mail.
• Maintain office supplies and internal contact lists; ensure a welcoming environment.
