Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Monitor seating chart and flow to ensure all sections are seated.
• Assist with banquet setup, service and breakdown as needed.
• Keep workstations clean, sanitized and organized at all times.
• Acknowledge guest requests and pass along to servers accordingly.
• Monitor alcohol service and notify a supervisor if concerns arise.
• Ensure guests have a positive experience and high level of service.
