Responsibilities

Promote an outstanding entertainment experience to guests per Rec Room standards.
Maintain, clean, and stock the counter.
Upsell retail items and prizing; help guests understand product functions.
Cash handling and processing transactions per Rec Room standards and procedures.
POS procedures.
Set up and tear down for functions, events and activities.
Inform guests about pricing for special events, promotions and daily events.
Ensure guests adhere to site and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Relay guest inquiries and concerns to Supervisors.
