Job summary

Sandman Hotel Group is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the face of our hotels. You will warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, assist with luggage, and handle inquiries across channels to ensure a seamless stay.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide information on hotel services.
• Issue room keys, vouchers and information materials.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Open and close front desk operations, balance cash and payments.
• Provide wake-up calls and arrange transportation as needed.
• Maintain front desk appearance and stock supplies.
• Refer inquiries to appropriate departments and maintain professional representation.
