Job summary

Fairmont Vancouver Airport invites you to join its Central Services team. As a Central Services Agent, you will provide professional, friendly service by telephone, act as the point of contact for internal and external communications, and maintain accurate records of guest calls to Central Services.

You will collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Engineering and Guest Services to support guest arrivals, handle shipping and lost and found, stay informed about hotel facilities, and follow

Qualifications

• Service oriented personality is essential; experience is an asset.
• Able to handle a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
• Prior customer related experience is an asset.
• Must be flexible for overnight shifts and cash handling.
• Experience with Opera Cloud or related system preferred and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Provide warm, friendly service and follow up on guest requests or concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, procedures and safety protocols.
• Ensure accurate records of guest calls and inter-department communication.
• Assist with reservations setup, shipping requests and lost and found items.
• Uphold safety regulations and a clean, hazard-free workplace.
