Job summary

Cineplex is seeking an Amusement Cashier at The Rec Room Masonville in London, Ontario. This part-time role involves promoting an entertaining guest experience, handling cash, and assisting guests with product information and event pricing.

You will work at the London Rec Room, 1680 Richmond St., reporting to the Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, basic math for quick additions, and the ability to manage a cashier counter while following health and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote an outstanding guest experience at The Rec Room Masonville.
• Maintain and stock the cashier counter and POS area.
• Handle cash transactions accurately per policies.
• Upsell retail items and explain product functions to guests.
• Assist with setup/tear-down for events and activities.
• Ensure guest inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
