Job summary

Easton’s Group is hiring at SpringHill Suites Vaughan for a front desk guest services role. You will check guests in/out, handle payments, and assist with information on local attractions. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Fluent English required; additional languages a plus.
• Prior front desk/guest service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
• Registers guests, issues keys, and informs on hotel services and locations.
• Upsells rooms where possible to maximize hotel revenue.
• Processes cash and credit card transactions; posts charges and prepares deposits.
• Assists with group check-in/out and VIP arrivals; coordinates with other departments.
• Promotes teamwork and adheres to brand standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
