This is a senior strategic role focused on shaping and scaling go-to-market strategy across a complex, global revenue organization.
You will lead high-impact initiatives spanning Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
The role combines strategic thinking, operating-model design, executive influence, and hands-on execution.
You will translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable frameworks, processes, and actionable recommendations.
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will help shape revenue motions, launches, partner strategies, and platform-selling approaches.
The position offers broad enterprise-level visibility and the opportunity to influence decisions with measurable commercial impact.
It is ideal for a highly analytical, collaborative, and proactive strategist who thrives in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Accountabilities
  • Architect and lead complex, high-impact go-to-market programs, including product launches, sales model innovation, partner strategies, and GTM system and process evolution.
  • Design and institutionalize scalable operating models covering account allocation, capacity planning, customer segmentation, revenue motions, and Sales and Customer Success processes.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM and Revenue Operations leadership, helping senior stakeholders make informed decisions and align functional priorities with broader business objectives.
  • Build strong cross-functional networks across Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Enablement to improve alignment, eliminate friction, and accelerate execution.
  • Develop governance frameworks, readiness criteria, rules of engagement, launch models, and other processes that support consistent GTM execution at scale.
  • Shape platform-selling strategies by partnering with Product and Sales leaders on packaging, positioning, segmentation, and new commercial motions.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, strategic updates, business cases, and recommendations that turn complex data and challenges into clear actions.
  • Continuously assess GTM performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, revenue growth, and customer experience.
  • Apply automation, AI, process improvement, and innovative operating approaches to create step-change improvements across the revenue organization.
  • Lead through ambiguity, independently evaluate trade-offs, and drive strategic initiatives from concept through implementation and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bring broad expertise in go-to-market strategy and operations, with the ability to apply knowledge across multiple business disciplines and develop innovative frameworks and processes.
  • Demonstrate experience partnering with Marketing teams and leveraging marketing technologies to connect demand generation, top-of-funnel activity, and sales execution.
  • Have a proven track record leading complex, high-stakes strategic initiatives with significant cross-functional or enterprise-wide impact.
  • Be recognized as a trusted advisor with the credibility to influence senior executives, business leaders, and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Possess exceptional ability to simplify complex concepts, develop strategic narratives, and communicate recommendations clearly to executive audiences.
  • Demonstrate strong strategic execution, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making skills while balancing long-term vision with operational detail.
  • Have a strong understanding of scalable processes, operating models, continuous improvement, automation, and AI-enabled business transformation.
  • Bring advanced stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset, entrepreneurial approach, and willingness to proactively identify and pursue opportunities for improvement.
  • Ideally bring 3+ years of experience in a relevant combination of top-tier strategy consulting, strategic finance, marketing or demand generation, or business/revenue operations within a high-growth SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Have direct experience working in B2B SaaS, fintech, professional services, or a relevant consulting environment.
  • Demonstrate strong data analysis and financial modeling capabilities, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Have experience presenting strategic recommendations, business cases, or growth opportunities directly to C-suite or VP-level stakeholders.
Benefits
  • Annual salary range of $65,750–$184,950 USD, with actual compensation determined by factors including location, experience, skills, training, market conditions, and business needs.
