Description
The Manager of Product Operations & Implementations at Serefin Health plays a central leadership role in aligning health technology implementations with organizational strategy and client success. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role oversees the seamless execution of products and client services across diverse healthcare environments.


Acting as the connective thread between project/client delivery, technology, and business strategy, the Manager of Product Operations & Implementations leads the product operations and implementation teams (including Project Managers) while driving coordination between the product development, QA, and research and innovation teams. This role ensures products are not only functional but intuitive, scalable, and responsive to both internal needs and external client expectations. This is a leadership role that oversees all client implementations and manages ongoing client relationships and needs with the support of Project Managers.


The Manager of Product Operations & Implementations will champion user-centered design, data-informed decision-making, and operational excellence across all product rollouts, client implementations, and change management initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Operations & Leadership
  • Provide leadership to project implementation and product operations teams, ensuring alignment with Serefin's health technology vision.
  • Lead and support cross-functional collaboration to ensure implementation timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of client implementations and product rollouts and enhancements across various healthcare settings.

Product and Project Management
  • Translate stakeholder needs into actionable product strategies and development roadmaps.
  • Coordinate the design process in collaboration with UI/UX teams to ensure intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
  • Drive end-to-end client project delivery including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management.

Change & Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and education teams to support client readiness and organizational alignment.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Leverage data, feedback, and insights to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all product operations.
  • Monitor implementation effectiveness and recommend strategic and tactical adjustments.

Education & Capacity Building
  • Develop and deliver training and resources that enhance team capabilities and support successful project and product implementations.
  • Ensure all staff and stakeholders are equipped with tools and knowledge to navigate evolving systems and workflows.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • A Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and project management, ideally within healthcare or health tech.
  • Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and leading complex implementations.
  • Strong understanding of health tech systems design, development, and UI/UX principles.
  • Proficient in strategic planning, resource management, and operational execution.
  • Experience in facilitating cross-stakeholder collaboration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong skills in documentation, data analysis, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Proven track record of fostering teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
