Job summary

Thomson Reuters Corp. is seeking a Senior Director to own the AI roadmap and strategy for our go-to-market organization, spanning Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Partnerships.

You will partner with segments and RevOps to scale AI across the customer lifecycle and deliver via SaaS platforms like Salesforce and Gong, plus custom solutions where needed. You will define problems worth solving, prioritize ruthlessly, and measure adoption and business impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product management, GTM ops, or strategy within revenue tech.
• 5+ years leading teams and owning a cross-functional tech roadmap.
• Strong knowledge of GTM tech stack and data flows between systems.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML or gen AI solutions into production.
• Strong build-vs-buy judgment and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a multi-year AI vision and quarterly GTM roadmap across Sales, CS, PS, and Partnerships.
• Identify AI use cases by revenue impact and feasibility; justify with business cases and TCO.
• Govern tools to prevent AI sprawl and ensure architecture alignment with strategy.
• Lead discovery, pilots, and scale with clear success criteria and gates.
• Build and lead a PM/BA team, establish intake and governance processes.
