Job summary

Scotiabank is offering a GTB Change & Payments Modernization Internship/Co‑Op for Winter 2027 in Toronto, Ontario. The term runs January through April 2027 with a 37.5 hour work week and a 09/25/2026 application deadline.

You will be embedded in the Change & Operations Readiness team, supporting a large-scale payments transformation and gaining hands-on experience in enterprise change management within a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education.

• Experience with project support, documentation, or analysis is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support change management activities across Payments Modernization workstreams.
• Participate in stand‑ups, meetings, and walkthroughs to capture updates, risks and actions.
• Prepare and maintain program documentation including process flows and status updates.
• Assist with development of governance materials and leadership summaries.
• Support readiness activities for new platform implementations and decommissioning legacy systems.
• Coordinate meeting notes and follow‑ups with cross‑functional stakeholders.
