Job summary

Scotiabank in Toronto, Ontario offers a Canadian Banking - Finance Internship/Co-op for Winter 2027. This four-month term runs January–April 2027 with a 37.5-hour week and a deadline of 09/25/2026.

You will gain hands-on experience in finance, reporting, and profitability analysis while being paid and mentored within a diverse, high-performing team. You will support projects with partners, create Excel/PowerPoint reports, and develop basic credit and accounting skills in a global banking

Qualifications

• Basic credit skills, familiarity with writing up deals, spreading financial statements, assessing risk.
• Intermediate accounting and financial statement analysis.
• Solid problem-solving skills and solutions-orientated.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Interest in extracurricular activities like conferences, clubs, competitions.
