Caesarstone Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the GTA East, including Richmond Hill and surrounding areas.

You will build relationships with architects, designers, builders, and fabricators to drive product specifications and adoption in residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, skilled in presenting innovative surface solutions, and able to manage a robust pipeline with travel as needed to support product launches and

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or equivalent.
3–5 years of successful B2B sales with a proven track record.
Experience in architectural or design-related industries.
Strong presentation, communication, and proposal-writing skills.

Mansioni

Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, builders, and fabricators.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, turning leads into project specifications.
Present Caesarstone products in client meetings, showroom engagements, and industry events.
Manage key accounts, ensuring clients have the support and resources needed to specify Caesarstone products.
Maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow up and territory coverage.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to strengthen your professional network.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and support product launches.
