Job summary

NuVista Mental Health is seeking a Digital and Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing performance and clinic marketing operations across its national network. You will optimize campaigns, oversee analytics, and build dashboards that tie marketing effort to patient acquisition and revenue across NuVista and its sub-brands.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, marketing analytics, or integrated marketing.
• Experience in healthcare/mental health or multi-location organizations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analytics tools.
• Experience with CRM systems, lead tracking platforms, and reporting dashboards.
• Analytical thinking, data-driven decision making, and ability to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital marketing channels (Google, Video, Meta ads) and SEO initiatives.
• Monitor analytics, user journeys, conversion funnels, and campaign performance across brands.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards for lead generation and acquisition metrics.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement.
• Support clinic marketing operations and local campaigns across locations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Intake and Clinical Leadership to meet growth targets.
