Job summary

Cosmetic Physician Partners, LLC in Montreal seeks a strategic, hands-on Marketing Lead to own the network’s growth. You will craft local and network-wide strategies, align physicians, managers and marketing teams, and drive patient acquisition and retention.

You will lead a team of digital marketing professionals across paid media, SEO, web, CRM and design; translate data into clear plans; and embed AI-driven tools to scale results across clinics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing, with 5+ years leading teams in healthcare.
• Experience with multi-location consumer services or medical aesthetics a strong plus.
• Ability to translate board-level plans into actionable campaigns.
• Strong data analytics and marketing metrics experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; French is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own CPP’s marketing strategy and drive execution across clinics.
• Lead digital marketing team across paid media, SEO, CRM, and design.
• Develop clinic-level marketing plans with budgets and targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with physicians and practice managers.
• Embed AI tools into marketing stack and scale successful initiatives.
• Measure results with dashboards and monthly reviews.
