Job summary

Punt is building a new growth engine around digital collectibles and creator partnerships. This founding role on the growth team focuses on sourcing and managing KOLs and creators, negotiating referrer programs, and onboarding partners across social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Discord and Telegram.

You’ll shape our approach without a fixed playbook. You’ll drive partnerships from discovery to close, leveraging AI tools to refine outreach and scale, with a direct impact on Punt’s creator

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in KOL or influencer marketing, creator or affiliate partnerships, business development or sales.
• Sales, negotiation or partnerships experience with cold outreach and deal closure.
• Fluency across social and community platforms; native on several (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Discord, Telegram).
• CRM and relationship management; maintain a clean pipeline and timely follow-ups.
• Clear, persuasive writing and confident calls; adapt tone by channel.

Responsibilities

• Source partners: identify creators, KOLs, and community owners across platforms and vet for engagement, fit and brand safety.
• Run outreach: scale personalized messages via DMs, email, and communities; refine response rates using AI tools.
• Pitch and negotiate: structure revenue-share, referrals and retainers; close deals.
• Onboard partners: provide referrals, codes, briefs and product walkthroughs.
• Help partners succeed: advise on content formats that work per platform and share best practices.
