Lexus of Calgary is seeking a full-time Assistant Sales Manager in Calgary to lead and support a high-performing sales team. You will work with the sales, service, and support staff to drive sales volume and gross targets while delivering the Lexus Purchase Experience.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and dealership performance. Schedule: Full-Time; training and development provided.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and guest-facing skills in automotive retail.
• Strong negotiation and communication capabilities.
• Experience with PBS and ADP dealership systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Desk new and pre-owned deals; maintain volume and gross targets.
• Appraise vehicles as required.
• Follow up with guests and manage showroom interactions.
• Maintain showroom displays and greet guests in the showroom.
• Support the Lexus Purchase Experience.
