Job summary

Lexus of Royal Oak in Calgary, part of G3 Auto Group, invites you to join as a Service Advisor. You will guide guests through repair and maintenance, verify warranties, prepare repair orders, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.

You will communicate with guests, provide estimates, secure approvals, and promote post-service follow-ups to build lasting relationships in a fast-paced luxury dealership setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Service Advisor experience is an asset.
• Desire to provide a high level of customer service.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a team with an upbeat attitude.
• Self-motivating with excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, schedule follow-up service appointments and collect vehicle information.
• Identify automotive problems from guest descriptions, review maintenance records and service schedules.
• Verify warranty and service contract coverages and explain provisions to guests.
• Upsell services based on guest inquiries or interests.
• Develop quotes by costing materials, supplies and labor and obtain approval signatures.

As a Service Advisor at Lexus of Royal Oak, youwill play a key role in guiding our service guests through the repair andmaintenance process. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will consult withguests, confirm vehicle concerns, verify warranty and service contractcoverage, prepare repair estimates and repair orders, and coordinate withtechnicians and the parts department to ensure efficient service delivery. Youwill also provide timely updates and maintain clear communication with gueststhroughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greetsguests, schedules follow-up service appointments and receives vehicleinformation
• Ascertainsautomotive problems and services by listening to guest's description ofsymptoms, clarifying description of problems, checking vehicle maintenancerecords and examining service schedules
• Verifieswarranty and service contract coverage by examining system records; explainingprovisions and exclusions to the guest
• Upsellsguests based on past service inquiries or interests
• Developsquotes by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer'spayment, including deductibles
• Inputsrepair orders describing symptoms, problems, and guest descriptions of issuesas well as specific repairs and services required; obtaining approvalsignatures from guest
• Maintainguest approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers;answering questions and concerns; redirecting the guest for loaner vehicles
• Respond to questionsrelated to automotive repair troubleshooting, based on knowledge garnered fromprevious queries and the Lexus Academy
• Respond toguest complaints and ensures high guest satisfaction standards
• Checks onthe progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacts the guest whentechnicians discover additional work required; obtains guest approval to doadditional work and explains the work performed and the charges being billed
• Reviewsfuture vehicle maintenance requirements and planning with guest
• Completesinvoicing and payment collection upon delivery of vehicle to guest
• Carries outafter sales follow ups and promotes service facilities to build and maintainpositive relationships and encourage repeat business
• Otherduties as requested by Management

What You Bring:

• 1-2 yearsof customer service experience.
• ServiceAdvisor experience is considered an asset.
