Job summary

Abbotsford Canucks in Abbotsford, BC, is seeking an Account Executive in Membership Services. You will support the ticket sales team by delivering superior customer service, renewing memberships, and promoting ticket products to existing and potential members.

You’ll manage accounts, handle inquiries, coordinate game-day requirements, and execute retention programs to grow revenue. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and strong MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field with customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and desire to provide outstanding customer service for client experience and retention.
• Effective time-management and ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Passion for maximizing clients’ revenue potential via cross-selling, corporate and group sales opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to reason, solve problems, and make independent decisions.
• Self-motivated, positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts and build strong relationships with ticket members to ensure renewals.
• Answer the Membership line and respond to inquiries via email/phone promptly.
• Support game day requirements and season ticket operations for growth.
• Promote, renew, and sell ticket products such as season tickets and group packages.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and declined payments in a timely manner.
• Support ticket member retention programs and provide superior customer service.
• Handle post-event issues and inquiries (lost and found, incidents).
• Assist with seat relocation, upgrades, and exchange programs.
• Participate in season ticket member events and verify member benefits.
• Use CRM to track relationships and keep client profiles up-to-date.
