Blacksmith Agency is a AI‑first digital agency seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who owns paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will be the strategic voice, steering targeting, budgets, roadmap, and client narrative.

You manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with responsibility for budget calls, testing, tracking setup, and quarterly client roadmaps. Remote role across Canada/SA/USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimised the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilités
