Job summary

Journeys Kingston is seeking a Sales Lead to support store management with daily operations and to develop a high-performing team. You will work to meet and exceed store and personal sales goals while delivering a fun, full-service experience to customers.

You will train and coach staff, enforce company policies, and communicate needs to management. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and meeting sales goals.
• Ability to train and develop a successful sales team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
