Job summary

Neptune Fresh Produce Inc. in Richmond, BC is seeking a Full-Time Account Manager to support customer retention, growth, and outside sales development. The role focuses on proactive communication, account management, prospecting, and assisting outside sales with qualified opportunities.

It is not order-taking but a consultative sales position. Duties include maintaining accounts, pricing updates, and pipeline management.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is an asset.
• Food service/industry knowledge is strong asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts.
• Support customers with order entry, product recommendations, and market updates.
• Identify sales declines and work with outside reps to grow accounts.
• Build opportunities by researching prospects and setting meetings.
• Update pipeline and provide proactive customer solutions.
