Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive retail leadership across multiple stores.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
• Experience coaching and retaining high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive district sales, profitability and KPIs across stores.
• Translate objectives into clear store-level strategies and priorities.
• Coach Store Managers and develop succession plans.
• Optimize inventory, labor, merchandising and store operations.
• Lead promotional and brand campaigns and ensure consistent standards.
