You will work directly with Regional Managers to enhance performance and develop future leaders within the organization. Successful candidates will have extensive senior retail leadership experience, ideally spanning multi-district management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Significant senior retail leadership experience, ideally overseeing multi-district regions.
• Experience operating across Canada and the US, understanding regulatory differences.
• Track record of developing leaders and improving managerial performance.

Responsibilities

• Own overall strategy for retail operations in Canada and the US.
• Directly manage all Regional Managers, ensuring accountability and performance.
• Set strategic direction and maintain brand standards across all locations.
