Moment Energy Inc. is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Marketing to lead global brand strategy, accelerate growth, and build a high-performing team in a fast‑growing cleantech startup.

You will collaborate with executive leadership across Sales, Product and R&D to translate market insights into impactful marketing initiatives, drive demand, and revenue growth, while shaping the company’s market voice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 8+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups (Series A–C).
• Background in manufacturing, cleantech, energy, hardware, or industrial technology.
• Proven success building and scaling marketing programs that drive measurable growth.
• Strong strategic thinker with hands-on startup execution.
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring marketing ROI.
• Ability to influence cross-functional leaders across product, engineering, and sales.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead Moment Energy’s global brand strategy and positioning to establish leadership in cleantech and second-life battery solutions.
• Design and optimize the customer journey from awareness to lead generation, conversion, and advocacy.
• Partner with Sales to drive marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue; establish KPIs and ROI metrics.
• Translate market insights into multi-year strategic marketing roadmaps and GTM plans.
• Lead a high-performing marketing team spanning content, digital, and brand functions.
