Job summary

Recharge Inc. is seeking a Tier 3 Customer Success Manager to own a book of 50–70 growth‑stage merchants. You’ll drive retention, adoption, and long‑term success, partnering with Sales on renewals and expansions.

You’ll work in a hybrid Toronto role, spending three days per week in the office and collaborating across Product, Technical Support, and Implementations to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a book of business with retention and product adoption in SaaS.
• Strong ability to learn product behavior, integrations, and APIs.
• Comfort using data to guide decisions and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a book of 50–70 growth‑stage merchants, driving retention.
• Understand merchants' goals, tech setup, and success metrics for adoption.
• Lead business reviews and success planning aligning goals with outcomes.
• Partner with Sales to support renewals, expansions and upsell motions.
• Use data and health signals to prioritize work and identify opportunities.
• Guide customers through support and product issues with clear expectations.
• Champion Accountability, Collaboration, Iteration and Details.
