Job summary

Shaw GMC in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and the dealership’s Service Department. You will document concerns, prepare repair orders, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high‑quality repairs to OEM standards.

The ideal candidate has automotive service or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with dealership management systems and OEM platforms.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive service or customer service roles is expected.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair terminology.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
