Job summary

Shaw GMC in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a certified Automotive Service Technician (Red Seal) to perform high-quality diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles in accordance with OEM standards. You will work closely with the Service Advisor and Management to ensure accurate communication and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Red Seal certification or equivalent required.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills in electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Experience in dealership environments and OEM repair processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance following OEM guidelines.
• Document repair needs and communicate with Service Advisors.
• Road test vehicles to verify concerns and repairs; mentor apprentices as needed.
