AppDirect Canada is seeking a data-driven growth analyst on the PartnerStack network team. You will turn complex data into clear insights and influence growth strategies for a two-sided marketplace.

You’ll work hands-on with SQL in BigQuery and Metabase, collaborating with Marketing, RevOps, and GTM to translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive activation and GMV growth.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with experience in BigQuery and Metabase.
• Strategic, analytical thinker who can turn data into insights.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own week-to-week analysis of network growth and partner activation.
• Build and maintain SQL queries in BigQuery and Metabase to track metrics.
• Form hypotheses about activation and growth; validate with data and benchmarks.
• Support forecasting and modeling for strategic network initiatives.
