Job summary

PartnerStack, an AppDirect subsidiary, seeks a growth analytics specialist to own network growth analysis, activation metrics, and forecasting. You’ll build SQL queries in BigQuery and Metabase, test hypotheses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.

You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to tie growth insights to company OKRs, shaping initiatives from tests to scale.

Responsibilities

• Own week-to-week analysis of network growth and activation metrics.
• Build and maintain SQL queries in BigQuery and Metabase to track core growth metrics.
• Form and prioritize hypotheses about partner activation and network growth and validate with data.
• Support forecasting and financial modeling for strategic network initiatives.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations for leadership with data-backed confidence.
• Partner with data/analytics, RevOps, and GTM stakeholders to connect growth to OKRs.
• Define tests and track results with cross-functional teams to determine iteration or scale.
